Raised by a Hero is a brand operated and owned by INSPIRING GENZ LLC. All products, services, transactions, and business activities conducted through the Raised by a Hero website are operated by INSPIRING GENZ LLC. “Raised by a Hero” is used as the customer-facing brand and trading name of INSPIRING GENZ LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

1. Access & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that any minor in your care uses our products only under your supervision and on devices you own or manage.

When you use the Services or make a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your name, email address, and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Our Products

All products sold by Raised by a Hero are digital downloads (printable PDF files). We've made every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but the appearance of printed pages may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, and settings. We do not warrant that a product's appearance or quality will exactly match how it appears on your device.

Product descriptions and offerings may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit availability in any region at our discretion.

3. Orders & Digital Delivery

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order is confirmed only once we've received and processed your payment. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, orders generally cannot be cancelled once completed.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. As explained there, all sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed, except where a genuine technical issue is confirmed on our end.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include any taxes that may apply.

You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Any currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider are outside our control.

5. License to Use Your Printables

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the files for your own personal, family, or household use. You may print them as many times as you like for these purposes.

Unless we give written permission, you may NOT:

●        Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files or printed copies.

●        Claim the designs as your own or use them commercially.

●        Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for distribution.

●        Upload the files to any file-sharing, resale, or public platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our Services — including our trademarks, brand name, logo, text, graphics, illustrations, and the design and arrangement of our products — is owned by Raised by a Hero or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved. Unauthorized use of our content may violate these laws.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Services may link to, or make available, websites and tools operated by third parties that we don't control or monitor. We provide access to these “as is” and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
