Digital Products

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we're unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you run into any problems — such as a corrupted file, a missing download, or receiving the wrong item — please email us at support@raisedbyahero.com and we'll be glad to help.

When Refunds Are Not Available

We're unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

●        Difficulty downloading or using a file, unless a technical issue is confirmed on our end

Technical Issues — Contact Window

If you experience a technical problem with your download (such as a corrupted or missing file), please contact us within 30 days of your purchase so we can resolve it promptly. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for assistance.

If your download link doesn't arrive immediately after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. Still can't find it? Email us at support@raisedbyahero.com with your order number and we'll make sure you receive your product as soon as possible.
