1. Delivery Method

Every product is delivered electronically. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on your order confirmation page and is also emailed to the address you used at checkout. Your files are provided as PDFs, which open on virtually any phone, tablet, or computer — no special software needed.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant. There's no shipping wait — you can download and print your printables the moment your payment is confirmed.

3. Download Limit

There's no limit on how many times you can download or print your products. Once a bundle is yours, you can access it as often as you like and print fresh copies for repeated activities or for siblings, for personal home use.

4. If Your Download Doesn't Arrive

If you don't see your download link within a few minutes of purchasing, please:

●        Check the confirmation page shown right after checkout.

●        Look in your email's spam, junk, or promotions folder.

●        Confirm you entered your email address correctly at checkout.

Still can't find it? Email us at ask@raisedbyahero.com with your order number and we'll make sure you receive your product as soon as possible.

5. Lost or Deleted Files

Accidentally deleted a file or lost access to your download? Don't worry. Just email us at ask@raisedbyahero.com and, once we confirm your purchase, we'll happily reissue your download link so you can get your printables back.

6. Free Updates & Revisions

If a product you've purchased is later improved or updated, you're entitled to the new version at no extra cost. Whenever possible, we'll send you a note letting you know how to grab the refreshed files.

7. International Customers

Because everything is digital, our products are available worldwide with no shipping costs or customs fees. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider are outside our control.
